Acceptance of Terms: By using the parking facilities where V-TRANSPORT LLC operates it's services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not park at our facilities.
Payment Terms: All fees for parking must be paid in advance. Acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit cards and online payment platforms such as PayPal.
Time Limits: The maximum time limit for parking is clearly indicated on your reservation. Overstaying the time limit may result in additional fees.
Security: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle while it is parked in our facilities.
Handicap Accessible Parking: Handicap accessible parking spaces are available for our patrons with disabilities. These spaces are reserved for vehicles with valid handicap parking permits.
Commercial Vehicles: Commercial vehicles are allowed in the parking lot, but there may be restrictions on the size and type of commercial vehicle, and additional fees may apply.
Lost Tickets: If you lose your parking ticket/QR Code, you may be required to pay an administrative fee or provide personal identification.
Damaged Vehicles: If your vehicle is damaged while parked in our facilities, please report the incident to the parking attendant immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: V-TRANSPORT LLC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our facilities constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms.
Limitation of Liability: VTRANSPORT LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our parking facilities.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
By using the parking facilities at V-TRANSPORT LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
